Let me start by telling you how we came to meet Kevin! A home popped up that looked interesting but had no interior photos. I put in a simple 'phone call request' and within 15 minutes, Kevin called! Not only that, he drove to the home that same day, took multiple photos, and texted them to us! He did not 'swamp' or 'flood' us with a million calls afterward (like some of the other agents did), he would simply call now and then to check in. (I swear some agents would make really good telemarketers!) Not only that, he drove to the home that same day, took multiple photos, and texted them to us! He did not 'swamp' or 'flood' us with a million calls afterward (like some of the other agents did), he would simply call now and then to check in. I must say, he has the patience of a Saint! Finally, we found our home in Mooresville and fell in love! That's when the hassle began! Not with Kevin, but with our VA Lender. Kevin helped us jump through every hoop demanded, must have spent hours on 'hold', days responding to emails, and at times probably wanted to 'pull his hair out'! then! Two days before closing the lender decided that we could not/would not close unless the front porch railing was repaired! The seller refused to remedy so what did Kevin do? He met us at the house on a very hot Monday morning (tools in hand!)and spent the entire day helping us build a gorgeous new entry. It passed inspection with flying colors and we closed just as planned. It would not have been possible without Kevin Cox. Since closing, Kevin has become a member of the family! The tomatoes from his personal garden have become a staple in our home and the advice on gardening and caring for my new rose bushes has been invaluable. Oh, and the gift from Lowes' was awesome! We took his advice and purchased the deck cleaner he recommended and no kidding. The deck looks brand new! I cannot recommend Kevin enough. He is professional and personable with impeccable integrity and you couldn't ask for a better agent.
